With over 15 years experience working in learning and development, human resource management and administration, Bronwen has the essential skills and experience to plan, design and deliver engaging training programs.
Bronwen has worked for both the public and private sectors, across a range of business sizes and with all levels of management.
Bronwen has previous experience within Local Government as a member of the South Sydney City Council and Sydney City Council training team. In this role she was responsible for the design, coordination, facilitation and evaluation of training for Council employees.
Bronwen’s experience also extends to the development and implementation of key policies and procedures in the areas of:
- EEO and workplace discrimination
- Recruitment and personnel management
- Operating systems and procedures
